TICKET SALE DATES
Ticket sales will be online via Omella.
You can access the sale using this link. Sales open tomorrow at 12:00am and will
close on Friday, March 28th at 11:59 pm. The site accepts all major credit cards and debit cards.
GUESTS
If your guest was approved, you have an email from Mr. Chavarria with a code. You will be required to enter the code on the website to purchase both your ticket and your guest's ticket.
COST
Tickets for prom and post-prom are $195. This is a prom ticket for $170 and post prom ticket for $25. If you wish to attend only prom, the ticket is $170. Each year about 90% of students attend post prom. If you have a discounted ticket due to fundraising, please watch for a separate email explaining the ticket-purchasing process.
CASH PAYMENTS
You will still use the online site if you want to pay cash for your ticket. At checkout, select the “cash” option. You will be allowed to confirm bus and table selections and then we will hold them until Friday. If you do not come to the lunch table during ticket sales (3/25 - 3/28) to turn in your cash, your ticket, saved bus seat, and table spot will be deleted.
FUNDRAISER TICKET INFORMATION
If you participated in the Class of 2025 Coupon Card Fundraiser and have a different prom ticket cost,
view this document to see your final prom ticket cost. You will need to purchase your prom ticket in person during prom ticket sales to get the discounted ticket cost.
**NEW POST PROM LOCATION**
We are happy to share that over the last few weeks we have been working to upgrade our location to something that will alleviate concerns regarding weather and motion sickness on the boat cruise. We were able to secure a new location … on the top of Willis Tower! Post prom will be on the 99th floor, with a stunning view of the city, and will feature dancing, food, and a DJ. Food will be catered from Giordano'sPizza. Click
here to see a video of the space.
ASSIGNED TABLES & BUSES
For travel to and from prom at dinner service, you will be assigned a bus and table. The easiest and quickest way to ensure you are on the same bus and at the same table as your friends is to purchase together at the same time. On the Omella site, you can select your table and bus, as well as see who is on each bus and what tables have already been selected.
ARRIVAL, CHECK-IN, & EVENT
We will review with you at a senior class meeting, in addition to email instructions, on how to check in, where to arrive, etc. closer to the event. Arrival time will begin at 5:00 pm at Hinsdale South. Buses will depart promptly at 6:00 pm. You should not arrive any later than 5:45 pm.
NEED ASSISTANCE?
Please visit us outside the cafeteria during lunch hours tomorrow, Wednesday, or Thursday if you need assistance.
DEAN'S OFFICE NOTE
Please note two important items regarding the dean's office.
-
If you have unserved detention hours, you will not be allowed to purchase a ticket. If you have questions, please contact your dean.
-
Major discipline infractions may result in social suspension and not being allowed to attend prom. No refunds will be issued.
Please let Mrs. Fosco (Senior Class Sponsor), Ms. Howard (Senior Class Sponsor), or Mr. Chavarria (Activities Director) know if you have questions.
