TWS Interim Progress Reporting

Below is the procedure for entering student progress information as well as eligibility information.

After you start TWS, Click on the Grading Classes tab. You will see each of your classes with their description, course number, section number, period number, room number, building, meeting days and marking periods.

The light blue shading indicates that in this example the Comp Aid Dsgn 1 class will be used.

Click on the Interim Progress tab to list the students for this class.

Here is the class list for

Comp Aid Dsgn 1.

Click in the box under PRG

And you will get a binocular icon that will show you the list of grades possible.

If you click on the binocular

You will see the IPR grade choice box.

Click on the grade you would like to enter for each student. Notice that Plus and Minus grades are possible as well as other choices. This is the beginning of the list, by scrolling down you will also find “D”, “D-“, “F”, “I”, “WF”, “WP”, “T”, “NC”, and “P” grade codes.

On Tuesdays enter IPR to record “D” and “F” grades for any deficient students. If you do not have any “D” or “F” grades you must still open the class and save it so that the system recognizes that you do not have any students with deficiencies.

If you click on the comment button you will see the IPR Comment # and Comment description dialog box. You can type in the comment number or scroll through the list to choose the comment that you would like to make for each student. This is the beginning of the list showing comments 10 through 19.

For each student you can choose as many as four comments.
