- print off a paper application from the university's admissions website or
- Request that an application be sent to you by calling the office of admissions or
- requesting information from the university's website or
- A limited amount of applications are available in the guidance office.
- Complete a transcript request form with EVERY application. Transcript request forms are available in the guidance office.
- SUBMIT A COMPLETED APPLICATION TO YOUR COUNSELOR.

- Mid-Year School Report Form if needed
