Medical Excuses from Physical Education

A parent may request in writing that a student be excused from physical education for a maximum of three (3) days. If more than three days are required, the student must have a written excuse from a physician stating the nature and time limitation of the condition.

The student should present the note to the health office who will then inform the appropriate personnel.
